These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AirportFusion website and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. Use of the public API is additionally governed by our API Terms.

1. What AirportFusion is — and is not

AirportFusion is a flight-search and comparison tool. It finds direct flight routes between airports located within a radius around two addresses you provide, and estimates door-to-door time and cost.

AirportFusion is not a travel agency, tour operator, airline or ticket seller. We do not sell, issue or resell tickets, and we are never a party to any contract you conclude with an airline, hotel, insurer or other travel provider. Bookings are always made on third-party websites under their own terms.

2. Estimates only

All prices, durations, transport options and scores displayed by the Service are heuristic estimates computed from public route data and statistical models. They are provided for orientation only and do not constitute an offer, a fare quote or a guarantee of availability. Always verify schedules and prices with the airline or booking site before purchasing. See our Help article "Understanding estimates" for details.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or present a security risk. You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Service outside the documented API;
  • probe, disrupt or overload the Service, or circumvent rate limits and quotas;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe third-party rights;
  • misrepresent results produced by the Service as official airline data;
  • resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement.

5. Affiliate links

Some outbound links on the Service are affiliate links: if you click them and make a purchase on a partner site, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Ranking and scoring of routes are never influenced by commissions. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by AirportFusion or its licensors. Flight route data is derived from publicly available datasets under their respective licences. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes.

7. Third-party services

The Service links to and integrates third-party services (booking sites, payment processing by Stripe, optional AI recommendations). We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Route data may be incomplete or out of date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirportFusion shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, missed flights, bookings made on third-party sites, or decisions taken in reliance on estimates. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or €100 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Paid plans

Paid API plans are billed by subscription through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase; taxes may apply based on your billing country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers remain unaffected.

11. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be announced on this page and, for registered users, by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your habitual residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to the support email published on this site.
