This Cookie Policy explains how AirportFusion uses cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, session identifiers) on this website. It complements our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They allow a website to remember your session, your preferences or your consent choices. Some are deleted when you close the browser ("session cookies"), others persist for a defined period ("persistent cookies").

Cookies we use

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

These are required for the site to function and cannot be switched off:

| Name | Purpose | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | authjs.session-token / __Secure-authjs.session-token | Keeps you signed in to your account | Session / up to 30 days | | authjs.csrf-token | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery | Session | | af_locale | Remembers your language choice | 12 months | | af_consent | Stores your cookie-consent decision | 12 months |

First-party analytics (privacy-preserving)

We use a first-party, anonymised analytics system to understand how the product is used:

| Name | Purpose | Duration | | --- | --- | --- | | af_session | Random session identifier used to group page views and events. Not linked to your identity unless you are signed in. | 24 hours |

Analytics events never store raw IP addresses — IPs are irreversibly hashed. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers or fingerprinting.

Optional third-party analytics

If the site operator enables an external analytics service (such as Google Analytics or Plausible), the corresponding cookies or scripts are loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner, where such consent is legally required. Plausible, when used, is cookie-less.

Payment pages

When you subscribe to a paid plan, checkout happens on Stripe-hosted pages. Stripe sets its own cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing; see Stripe's cookie policy for details.

How to control cookies

  • Consent banner — where shown, you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies, and change your decision at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
  • Browser settings — every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in and language selection.
  • Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control — we honour GPC signals for non-essential processing where applicable.

Changes

We will update this page when our use of cookies changes. Significant changes will be reflected in the consent banner.
